My Favorite Sport
Everyone have to do exercise to stay healthy, and there is some exercise that they loved. There is three exercise that I like futsal, gym and MMA. First is futsal, why do I like futsal? Because I like to play ball, and I like hanging out with friends thats why I like futsal I can play ball with my friends together. In futsal you need stamina and teamwork, its a fun thing to do and that why I like futsal. In futsal you can train you leg muscle and also increase your stamina, its a good training for daily activity. Second is gym, I like to go to the gym because I can train all my muscle in the gym even the muscle that rarely used, and it make your body look good. In gym you can train all your muscle so your muscle can grow and get stronger. The thing that I like in the gym is when you achive your goal and increase the weight training every week it makes me feels good and give me alot motivations. And last is MMA, what is MMA? MMA is Mix Martial Arts. I love learning martial arts its a very usefull training it can be used as a self defense and also it train your muscle and also stamina, its a good knowledge for daily activity. I'm still new in MMA, I join MMA almost 2 year now, and I learned alot of things in MMA not only technique but also I learn how to respect someone and be humble to people. I already learn kickboxing, bjj, muaythai and wingchun and I really want to learn more martial arts because there is a beauty in martial arts and I love to learn it. This are my favorite sport that I like to do.

ReplyDeleteIt is good to hear you like doing exercises, because i really hate it. LOL. Your story really good and can attract people to love what you do. But, I recommend you to check your essay first before you publish it, because I found several grammatical errors on it, but for me it is still humanity. So, keep it up the good work!
